Art Commission Terms of Service
Thank you for wanting to support my art! To ensure that the experience is pleasant, magical, and clear for both of us, please read these rules carefully before submitting your request.
1. General Rules and Acceptance
Order acceptance: Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of the commission. I reserve the right to decline orders that do not align with my artistic style.
Additional Characters: Adding extra characters to the same illustration will incur an additional fee.
Personal and Commercial Use: Standard commissions are intended strictly for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, private printing, gifts). Commercial use is NOT allowed unless a prior agreement has been made. If you are interested in commercial collaborations, please contact me so we can discuss it.
2. Payment
Timeline: Payment is 100% upfront and must be cleared before I begin working on your project.
Method and Currency: Payments are processed via PayPal.
3. Working Process and Revisions
Sketch phase: After payment, I will prepare a sketch for your approval. During this stage, you are entitled to a total of 3 FREE REVISIONS. Any further changes will incur an additional cost.
Subsequent phases: After the line art and coloring stages, only minor corrections to the illustration will be possible (for example, if I missed a detail or if you wish to adjust a specific color shade). It will no longer be possible to make significant structural changes to the drawing once the sketch has been approved.
Turnaround time: Completion time ranges from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload.
SPECIFIC TERMS FOR DIGITAL COMMISSIONS
Format and Resolution: You will receive a digital file in PNG format, measuring 3000 by 4000 pixels at 400 dpi. (Note: the dimensions of the canvas may vary depending on the chosen composition and image style).
Background: Each illustration comes with a background included—either simple or more complex depending on our prior agreement—or without a background in PNG format, based on the agreed requests.
Sharing: You will receive the file via email, and you are free to upload and share the artwork on your social media channels.
SPECIFIC TERMS FOR TRADITIONAL COMMISSIONS
Approval Process and Color Palette: Since physical artwork on paper cannot be altered once colored, the approval process includes an extra step:
At the end of the initial phase, you will receive the final sketch in digital format via email.
Along with the sketch, I will send you a proposal featuring the color references we previously agreed upon. This will be done through small color swatches painted directly onto the digital sketch to give you a clear idea of the chosen palette.
You must approve this combination of sketch and colors before I transfer and create the definitive piece on paper. You can request any necessary changes or corrections during this step.
The Original Artwork: Once the digital color layout is approved, I will proceed with the traditional coloring. You will receive the unique, handmade original physical piece at your address, created on the specific paper media chosen for the commission.
Care and Conservation Advice: To ensure that the painting retains the brightness and intensity of its original colors over time, it is highly recommended to keep it framed under glass, preferably away from direct sunlight or humid environments.
Shipping and Fees: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be calculated into the final quote. The original artwork will be shipped from Italy via trackable shipping to ensure maximum safety.
Liability: I am not responsible for any customs delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services once the package has been shipped, but I will do my best to assist you with tracking and resolving any issues.
4. Copyright
As the artist, I retain all copyrights to the created artwork (both digital and traditional). I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio, on my social media channels, on Patreon, or to use it to showcase my creative process (e.g., process videos or speedpaintings).
The client may not resell the artwork, modify it, or use it to create their own merchandise unless a commercial use package has been purchased.

After studying Commercial Art in high school, I realized my path lay elsewhere, so I attended a Comic Art course in Milan, specializing in Illustration. However, I owe most of my skills to my self-taught nature: years spent studying, practicing, and experimenting, driven purely by passion and inspired by the artists who left the deepest mark on me. Growing up on Disney classics, anime, and manga, these influences inevitably shaped and enriched my style.I am deeply connected to nature and the magical worlds of fantasy, which are the themes that most influence my art.
